Nahum Cohen – Founder & CTO
Tech-savvy entrepreneur, innovator, and inventor with over 35 years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary R&D projects in the fields of medical devices, signal processing, AI, and embedded systems.
Nahum has dedicated his career to solving real-world problems through technology, bringing together expertise in physics, algorithm development, software architecture, and product design. He has successfully led projects from concept through commercialization, building scalable solutions at the intersection of health and technology.
With a personal drive to impact lives through innovation, Nahum invented the proprietary technology behind Silentius-AI's AI-powered tinnitus platform. His deep understanding of auditory mechanics, combined with a hands-on approach to system development, makes him the technical force behind the company’s breakthrough product.
Moshe Kamar – Chairman
Moshe Kamar is an experienced international executive manager and an investor with focus on international business and technology companies. He is the current CEO and managing partner of Peaks Giza VC and a shareholder of Peaks Ventures. Moshe specializes in fund management and in leading projects and investment focusing on technology and innovation.
Dr. Mira Peled, PhD – Scientific Advisor
A seasoned visionary entrepreneur, biotech founder, CEO and venture capitalist with over three decades of executive leadership. Her expertise spans founding and managing life science enterprises, guiding them from scientific development to lucrative exits. With profound scientific insight and strategic business acumen, Mira orchestrates strategic visions, leading from inception to acquisition. Currently serves as Founder and CEO of Peaks Ventures, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Peaks Giza Venture Capital and most recently, Co-Founder of Peaks Life Science.
Dr. Yonatan Roth, PhD – Chief Medical Advisor
Expert in ENT and brain disorders, Dr. Roth is a leading authority in audiological and neurological medical technologies, with a specialization in tinnitus treatment and hearing rehabilitation.
With over 16 years of hands-on experience in the medical device industry, Dr. Roth is a certified expert in the Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) method from the University of Cambridge. He has helped thousands of patients suffering from hearing loss and chronic tinnitus, combining clinical expertise with deep technological insight.
Dr. Roth is the co-owner of Gal Hearing Systems, one of Israel’s top audiology clinics, where he has led innovation in diagnosis and rehabilitation through advanced auditory solutions. His dual understanding of both patient care and complex hearing technologies positions him as a key figure in bridging clinical needs with Silentius-AI, AI-powered solution.
As Chief Medical & Clinical Officer, Dr. Roth leads the design and validation of Silentius-AI’s clinical protocols, ensuring medical safety, efficacy, and seamless integration with ENT practices worldwide.

Shahar Resman - VP Business Development
A seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist, Shahar brings a decade of experience in Israel’s high-tech industry, where he specialized in marketing, monetization, and growth. He has led multi-million-dollar campaigns, managed large teams, and helped scale both established brands and early-stage ventures across global markets.
Prior to Silentius-AI, Shahar was the founder of an innovative VR edtech startup, developing immersive learning tools for children and university students. His passion for solving real-world challenges through technology continues to drive his work across healthtech, consumer products, and e-commerce.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Shahar is a former professional swimmer who represented Israel in numerous international competitions. His discipline, perseverance, and competitive spirit are deeply rooted in his approach to business and innovation.
Today, Shahar leads strategic partnerships, branding, and market expansion efforts for Silentius-AI, helping to build the company’s presence on a global scale.
