Dr. Mira Peled, PhD – CEO &Board Member

A seasoned visionary entrepreneur, biotech founder, CEO and venture capitalist with over three decades of executive leadership. Her expertise spans founding and managing life
science enterprises, guiding them from scientific development to lucrative exits.
With profound scientific insight and strategic business acumen, Mira orchestrates strategic visions, leading from inception to acquisition. Served as Founder and CEO of Applied Immune Technologies, Peaks Ventures, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Peaks Giza Venture Capital.

Nahum Cohen – Founder & CTO

Tech-savvy entrepreneur, innovator, and inventor with over 35 years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary R&D projects in the fields of medical devices, signal processing, AI, and embedded systems.

Nahum has dedicated his career to solving real-world problems through technology, bringing together expertise in physics, algorithm development, software architecture, and product design. He has successfully led projects from concept through commercialization, building scalable solutions at the intersection of health and technology.

With a personal drive to impact lives through innovation, Nahum invented the proprietary technology behind Silentius platform. His deep understanding of auditory mechanics,
combined with a hands-on approach to system development, makes him the technical force behind the company’s breakthrough product.

Moshe Kamar – Chairman

Moshe Kamar is a seasoned international executive and investor with a proven track record in building, scaling, and leading global technology businesses. He serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Peaks Giza VC, is a shareholder of Peaks Ventures, and is actively engaged with multiple startups as an investor and hands-on strategic partner, supporting their growth across leadership, execution, and market expansion.

Moshe specializes in fund management and leading international projects and investments focused on technology and innovation across sectors including AI, IoT, smart and safe cities, robotics, automotive, energy, advanced materials, and life sciences. Previously, he was CEO and Managing Partner of Compass Ventures Group.

Earlier in his career, Moshe held senior executive roles at Amdocs Inc, including President of the Advertising, Media and Entertainment Division, where he led global operations with revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars, and President of the Middle East and Africa Division. He has led large-scale product development, commercialization, global sales, managed services, and M&A activities worldwide.

Moshe is the author of Inception to Innovation and holds BSc and MSc degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Yonatan Roth, PhD – ChiefMedical & Clinical Office

Expert in ENT and brain disorders, Dr. Roth is a leading authority in audiological and neurological medical technologies, with a specialization in tinnitus treatment and hearing rehabilitation.

With over 16 years of hands-on experience in the medical device industry, Dr. Roth is a certified expert in the Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) method from the University of
Cambridge. He has helped thousands of patients suffering from hearing loss and
chronic tinnitus, combining clinical expertise with deep technological insight.

Dr. Roth is the co-owner of Gal Hearing Systems, one of Israel’s top audiology clinics, where he has led innovation in diagnosis and rehabilitation through advanced auditory solutions. His dual understanding of both patient care and complex hearing technologies positions him as a key figure in bridging clinical needs with Silentius solution.

Dr. Shimon Mizrahi(Ph.D.) VP and R&D Manager

A proficient multi-disciplined R&D with over 20 years of practical experience in the design, development, and deployment of solutions for wearable, industrial, medical, and military projects. Expertise in hardware/firmware/Software development, AI, and deep learning. With experience in managing R&D teams handling scientific challenges.

Shahar Resman - Business Development

A seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist, Shahar brings a decade of experience in Israel’s high-tech industry, where he specialized in marketing, monetization, and growth. He has led multi-million-dollar campaigns, managed large teams, and helped scale both established brands and early-stage ventures across global markets.

Prior to Silentius, Shahar was the founder of an innovative VR ed-tech startup, developing immersive learning tools for children and university students. His passion for solving
real-world challenges through technology continues to drive his work across health-tech, consumer products, and e-commerce.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Shahar is a former professional swimmer who represented Israel in numerous international competitions. His discipline,
perseverance, and competitive spirit are deeply rooted in his approach to business and innovation.

Prof. Jacob Gindin, M.D - Internal Medicine & Geriatrics

Prof. Rafi Carasso, M.D - Neurology & Pain Diseases
