About Us

A new standard for understanding tinnitus.

We're building objective measurement, precision technology, and true personalization into one platform, designed to bring clarity and relief to the millions of people affected by tinnitus worldwide.

Our Story

Founded on a personal frustration

Silentius was started by a multidisciplinary group of engineers, innovators, and clinicians who kept running into the same wall: existing tinnitus solutions fall short. For several of our own team members, the problem is personal, they live with tinnitus themselves. For our clinical leaders, it's the years spent treating patients who were told there simply weren't better answers.

That combination of lived experience and clinical insight became our founding conviction: tinnitus deserves to be measured objectively, and treated individually. Silentius exists to make that real.

Our Mission

Replace uncertainty with understanding

We work to make objective characterization of tinnitus possible, and to turn that characterization into a solution built around each individual's condition. Scientific rigor, clinical insight, and careful engineering come together toward one goal: improving quality of life and giving people back a sense of control.

Our Approach

Measurement first, personalization by design

Real progress starts with accurate measurement. Our technology is built to identify and characterize a patient's tinnitus parameters objectively, rather than relying solely on how they describe what they hear.

That foundation makes a personalized, adaptive approach possible, one that fits into daily life and reflects what patients and clinicians actually need.

Why Silentius
  • Objective foundation: measurable data in place of subjective description.
  • Personalized by design: built for the individual, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Non-invasive and practical: designed to work in real, everyday life.
  • Clinically grounded: developed alongside healthcare professionals.
  • Driven by purpose: built by people who understand tinnitus from both sides of the clinic.
